From 1995 to 2001, Fluency Media's management team developed integrated online business applications and marketing campaigns for multi-billion dollar companies in the travel and retail industries. With the economic challenges of late 2001 it became clear that most small and mid-sized companies had an absolute mandate to reduce operational costs wherever possible, increase repeat business and lower new customer acquisition costs. Fluency Media was created to offer the Internet Archives (digital asset management and distribution) and Net Results (web marketing and loyalty programs).
